The combination of ideal weather conditions throughout the year, as well as rapid changes of terrain and scenery in relatively short distances,  make Cyprus the perfect cycling destination. At 42 km north west of the city of Limassol (810 m altitude) and in the heart of the Limassol Wine Villages District, comprises of twenty villages that are spread throughout the southern slopes of Mount Troodos, there is Omodos. The area is renowned for its charming village scenery, winemaking tradition, local cuisine, culture, wineries, medieval bridges, monasteries, and its close proximity Troodos and Paphos Forest areas.

There are various short distance routes that are connected with Omodos, leading to other picturesque villages such as Mandria (5 km) in the north-east, Vasa Koilaniou (3 km) and Malia (5.5 km) in the south-west as well as longer rides to areas such as Arsos (10.5 km) in the west, Platres (8.5 km) in the north-east, Arminou Reservoir and the famous Tzelefos Bridge (13.6 km) in the north-west, and Pera Pedi (9.8 km) in the east.  Whatever the case, our team can suggest a route that will best fit your needs. 

Although the surrounding area, is mesmerizing it is a great challenge for recreational cyclists to explore and enjoy it due to the hilly terrain.
